Our Flow classes are a graceful balance of linking breath and movement together. Ideally the student is already somewhat familiar with the basics but if your in good physical shape you should be just fine!
Yoga For Stress-In this class we aim to target areas in the body that tend to hold tightness through movement, breathwork and mindfulness techniques.
