Unwind and let go of the day preparing yourself for relaxation and sleep. Modifications and adaptations will be available making this an All Levels class.

Slow Flow - Move and connect body and mind preparing yourself for the day. Modifications and adaptations will be available making this an All Levels class. 

 

 

Yin/Restorative - Longer held poses to let the body release stress and reset back to health. Focus on breath work to go more deeply into the pose. Props may be used.
